AutoClip Studio provides AI-assisted transcription, clip selection, vertical editing, captions, metadata, review, and optional publishing support. Package details and delivery timing are confirmed before paid work begins.
Footage rights
You must own submitted footage or have permission from the owner to edit, reproduce, and publish it. You may not submit material that violates copyright, privacy, publicity rights, platform rules, or applicable law. We may pause or refuse work when authorization is unclear.
Review and publishing
Generated clips are drafts until approved. You are responsible for reviewing names, facts, captions, context, safety, and rights before publication. Approval does not guarantee platform acceptance, reach, monetization, or freedom from third-party claims.
Pricing, revisions, and cancellation
The public prices are introductory package prices. Final scope, included revisions, delivery schedule, add-ons, and payment terms are confirmed before purchase. Replacement source videos or substantially new requests may require a new project.
Connected platforms
Optional publishing features require you to authorize the relevant platform account. AutoClip Studio uses official platform integrations where available and cannot bypass platform review, permissions, rate limits, account restrictions, or outages.
Availability
The service may be interrupted by unavailable source media, third-party outages, rate limits, unsafe content, missing authorization, or technical failures. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and recover affected work.
